You may have spent a lot of time planning for your birth plan, but have you put the same focus on your postpartum plan? In the decade that I have been working with families, I have seen first hand how the early postpartum period comes as a major shock to so many.

While friends and extended family may offer support, meeting the continuous and focused care needs can often be challenging for them. As your dedicated postpartum doula, I can offer the level of assistance required, providing the peace of mind and space necessary for recovery and bonding with your new baby.

Together we will develop a personalized postpartum care plan so I can support you exactly as you need. It is my intention to create an intentional, calm, and supported time for your entire family during the potentially stressful postpartum transition. Whether you need support for a single day, several days, or even a few weeks, including overnight care, I am here to support you and your partner in this journey.
