One of the biggest worries for home birthers is how to handle the birth sensations. I get it. You have probably heard from almost everyone that you can't give birth with out an epidural. While having the option for an epidural is important and a fair choice for anyone to make, if the goal is to have as little interventions as possible and to birth at home, it is essential to prepare multiple ways to help provide comfort and relief to make your birthing experience an enjoyable one.

That is why I made this free guide for my community. In this guide I include some of the most useful pain coping techniques and tools that have worked for my home birth doula clients.
